Great neck support

Since I started using it, my neck and upper back pain has decreased significantly. I've stopped needing to sleep on my side in order to have a good night's sleep.

Awesome pillow

It is the best pillow I ever had. It is always cold, like COLD. I'm sleeping in various positions and the pillow always accomodate me just perfectly. Not too thick, not too thin. I would buy again anytime.

Best Pillow ever !!

I used to wake up in the middle of the night and NEVER do anymore. I am a night sweater and used to wake up sticky and gross. My husband decided to get this for me as a gift but it is seriously so awesome he got one too and it helped with his neck pain! Gifted so many to family this year for Christmas and they all love it too. I sound like a commercial each time I talk about the ghost pillow to anyone and always highly recommend.
